A natural problem solver armed with exceptional interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and a quick-learning mindset, Bailey is an ideal fit for her role assisting clients and helping our property management and business development departments run smoothly. Data and document management, rental appraisals and market research are all part of the support role she performs to ensure tenants' inquiries are answered efficiently, property vacancies are kept to a minimum for our landlords and lease records are kept accurate and compliant.
Growing up in Adelaide with her Architect father, Bailey’s passion for property was first ignited by family outings to significant homes. Richly enjoying the process involved with purchasing her own property and now leasing this property following her move to Melbourne, Bailey has rediscovered her love of property and has recently added her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practices to a Certificate III in Business and Certificate III in Government. The latter two achieved in her previous role as Office Manager for the Member For Morialta, a role that whilst helping community members with their issues related to government departments, has allowed Bailey to understand the importance of connecting with people and understanding their unique needs.
When not at work, Bailey lives with her partner by the Bay and loves its sense of local community. Painting, cooking, discovering new restaurants and bars and musical theatre all provide a good work/life balance that’s assisted by long walks with her beloved dog Fletcher.
