Outside of work Reece is a passionate, though rookie-level, field hockey player and loves to get involved on the weekend at Stead Park. Justin is a Customer Service professional, having worked in the general insurance field for 16 years before his introduction to the Buxton admin team four years ago. His customer-first focus has been vital in his overseeing of the establishment of firstly the Buxton Highton office and now Buxton Geelong East.
As office manager and administrator, Justin brings his wealth of skills and experience to the smooth running of the new Geelong East office where he prides himself on efficiency, culture-building and customer relations. Rapport-building, an eye for marketing and the drive for success are just some of his assets as well as having a strong and trusting relationship with both his agents and clients.
His passion at present is the continued establishment of the new Geelong East franchise and expansion into the large eastern corridor of the city. Away from the office, Justin loves spending quality time with his wife and three children as well as immersing himself in his love of local cricket and AFL.
