Jodie joins Buxton Real Estate after more than a decade working in real estate covering personal assistant duties, book keeping & account enquiries, budgeting, HR, sales & property management administration, reception & trust accounting. She works to ensure a smooth transition through the sale process and looks after ongoing after-sales service.
Jodie knows the entire real estate industry inside out and can guide clients comfortably through every step. She stays attentive to client needs throughout her many responsibilities and is extremely quick to recognise the unique requirements of every sale and every client, ensuring that vendors feel confident throughout the entire sale process. She enjoys giving her clients and work colleagues the best service she can provide.
Jodie is married to Peter Burley, and they have two small children, but she has always stayed working due to her love of the real estate industry and her passion for client service.

Career progression from her background in reception and senior accounting administration roles has given Jess a complete grounding in all the elements of Property Management, and the tasks that are required to effectively address the demands of managing investment properties in today's market. With over 7 years' industry experience Jess has completed a full Real Estate Traineeship in both Property Management and Administration. Jess's conscientious and dedicated approach to managing her growing portfolio, whilst upholding the highest level of service is recognised by all her clients. Jess herself already owns her own investment property and has a wealth of industry experience having built 2 homes personally over the last couple of years. In her career to date, her knowledge of the Real Estate industry and current legislation surpasses many others in the industry. Starting her real estate career 10 years ago, Amy Nunn brings a depth of experience to Buxton Ballarat having worked all aspects of a Property Management Department. Amy understands the fundamentals in managing a successful rent roll; she believes the most important thing in property management is not just properties, but people. With a warm and friendly demeanour Amy prides herself on excellent communication skills and a thorough knowledge of the industry. Highly organised and solution driven, Amy enjoys achieving the best outcomes for her clients and thrives on seeking the answers to any problems that present themselves in her role as our Department Manager. A homeowner and an investor herself, Amy appreciates first-hand the level of care and trust that a landlord needs and expects. Away from work Amy is a devoted wife and mum.
Amy starts her career in Real Estate with Buxton Ballarat as a trainee doing a certificate III in Business Administration. Amy completed year 12 in 2015 and went onto study paramedics for the first part of 2016 to later defer for a year to pursue her Real Estate passion. Amy has achieved many accolades throughout her life and has shown to be a very competitive person as part of the Redan Football & Netball Club for numerous years. Amy has represented Victoria in the Country National Football League in the under 18's in 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016. She has also been the Ballarat's Youth Girls League Best & Fairest for 2013, 2014 & 2015. Being a well-rounded sports enthusiast she has also played for the Redan Netball club being premiers in the under 19's category in 2014, 2015 & 2016. Amy has also worked with the McDonald's franchise since she was 15 years old and became a manager at the age of 17 and recently a department manager at 18, which is quite an achievement. With her managerial skills and ability to resolve certain situations in a polite and friendly manner Amy is mature beyond her years. Amy brings enthusiasm, commitment, and a strong work ethic to Buxton Ballarat and is extremely courteous and friendly to everyone she meets. She is looking forward to this new and exciting chapter of her career and hopes to invest in property in the coming 12 months.
