Jodie joins Buxton Real Estate after more than a decade working in real estate covering personal assistant duties, book keeping & account enquiries, budgeting, HR, sales & property management administration, reception & trust accounting. Jodie is married to Peter Burley, and they have two small children, but she has always stayed working due to her love of the real estate industry and her passion for client service.

Heather joined the real estate industry in early 2016, and has quickly advanced to learn all facets of the real estate industry, including roles in the Sales Department, Rental Department, along with the front line of Reception/Administration departments. Heather has excelled in all of these roles and was met with further responsibility as she continued from strength to strength. Heather continues to develop a solid understanding of the real estate industry, which makes her a very versatile and a key employee at Buxton Ballarat.

Away from the busy real estate world, Heather spends the majority of her time outdoors, she thoroughly enjoys playing netball for the Lexton Football Netball Club, always thriving for perfection on and off the court, Heather has been recognised with various club Best & Fairest Awards, along with obtaining votes in the Maryborough Castlemaine FNC League vote counts. Being a country girl, Heather enjoys generally keeping busy with her partner Michael on their rural property in Haddon, fishing, camping, as well as spending time with her horses and dogs.
Jo joined the real estate industry upon Buxton Ballarat's inception With over 16 years administrative and accounting experience, Jo has a proven ability to confidently manage all adminitrative areas of the industry. Highly driven, Jo is a self-confessed pefectionist with an exceptionally high attention to detail. With a relaxed can-do attitude, Jo is a brilliant asset to the Buxton team.
Outside of work Jo enjoys nothing more than spendng time with her husband and three children, running around Ballarat's beautiful Lake Wendouree, and socialising with friends.
Xavier joins the team at Buxton after spending 6 years in the mining industry. Xavier was born in Stawell and moved to Ballarat in 2003 and has enjoyed his time living in the city since. He attended school locally and completed his VCE studies in 2010 at Ballarat High School where he found his love for team sports, including playing basketball and football. Xavier is thriving in his career in Property Management and thoroughly enjoys the real estate industry. Xavier's friendly nature and easy going personality allows him to make the connection between Landlord, Tenant and Agent very comfortable, ensuring long lasting relationships.
Amy starts her career in Real Estate with Buxton Ballarat as a trainee doing a certificate III in Business Administration. Amy completed year 12 in 2015 and went onto study paramedics for the first part of 2016 to later defer for a year to pursue her Real Estate passion. Amy has achieved many accolades throughout her life and has shown to be a very competitive person as part of the Redan Football & Netball Club for numerous years. Amy has represented Victoria in the Country National Football League in the under 18's in 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016. She has also been the Ballarat's Youth Girls League Best & Fairest for 2013, 2014 & 2015. Being a well-rounded sports enthusiast she has also played for the Redan Netball club being premiers in the under 19's category in 2014, 2015 & 2016. Amy has also worked with the McDonald's franchise since she was 15 years old and became a manager at the age of 17 and recently a department manager at 18, which is quite an achievement. With her managerial skills and ability to resolve certain situations in a polite and friendly manner Amy is mature beyond her years. Amy brings enthusiasm, commitment, and a strong work ethic to Buxton Ballarat and is extremely courteous and friendly to everyone she meets. She is looking forward to this new and exciting chapter of her career and hopes to invest in property in the coming 12 months.
